De tentoonstelling werd opgebouwd rond drie reeksen:
Les Oratoires Domestiques:
Hier bots je op beelden over Gilles’ eigen interpretaties van huiskapellen. Bewust zeggen we ‘botsen’ want hier werpt hij figuurlijk de heilige huisjes omver. Hij creëert een alternatief scheppingsverhaal voor de huiskapel en die wijkt nogal af van wat wij er ons bij voorstellen. geen klassiek Jezus-Maria decor dus.

Les Grands Rangements: In eerste instantie zie je voorstellingen van herkenbare oorden: plaatsen waar men al geweest is, het lijken wel landschappen in avondschemering uit de 17 de eeuwse schilderkunst. Alleen, Gilles creëert ‘nieuwe’ landschappen, genomen op een tafel in zijn studio. Hij gebruikt daarvoor huis,- tuin- en keukenmateriaal. Nieuwe horizonten worden ontdekt naarmate men letterlijk dichter bij het werk komt.
Les Phénomènes Simples: Gilles Boudot neemt een foto ‘na de feiten’: wat er overblijft na het experiment in de fysica les.
Zijn surrealistische stillevens zijn zorgvuldig opgebouwd met ‘objets trouvés’. Het zijn stillevens mét beweging: een toevoeging van een simpele natuurwet waarop sokken, zakdoeken en andere objecten gaan reageren. Wat doen die beelden met de kijker: gelooft ie het? De wil om te geloven wat ie ziet is groot. Twijfel? Toch wel een beetje! Zelf zegt Gilles: ‘C’est le désir de croire au miracle!” Het is alsof fotograaf en kijker in hetzelfde complot zitten: zeer bijzonder.

Les Oratoires Domestiques: Here you come across images of Gilles' own interpretations of house chapels. We deliberately say "clash" because here he figuratively overthrow the sacred houses. He creates an alternative creation story for the house chapel, which is quite different from what we imagine it to be. No classic Jesus-Mary decor. You can view the images on Gilles' website - www.rita-pix.com - but the originals are a thousand times stronger.
Les Grands Rangements: At first you see representations of recognizable places: places where people have already been, they look like landscapes in evening twilight from 17th century paintings. But, Gilles creates "new" landscapes, taken on a table in his studio. He uses house, garden and kitchen equipment for this. New horizons are discovered as people literally get closer to work.
Les Phénomenses Simples: Gilles Boudot takes a photo "after the facts": what remains after the experiment in the physics lesson. His surrealist still lifes are carefully constructed with "objets trouvés". They are still lifes with movement: an addition of a simple law of nature to which socks, handkerchiefs and other objects react. What do those images do to the viewer: does he believe it? The will to believe what he sees is great. In doubt? Quite a bit! Gilles himself says: "C'est le désir de croire au miracle!" It is as if the photographer and the viewer are in the same plot: very special.
